120 Spikes information

AG-120

B7805-5 5 mg
EUR 201.6
Description: IC50: < 100 nMAG-120 is an IDH1 inhibitor.Isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH) is a metabolic enzyme interconverting isocitrate and ?-ketoglutarate (?-KG), but cancer-associated mutations of IDH1 and IDH2 confer a neomorphic activity, which allows reduction of ?-KG to the oncometabolite 2-HG.

FTO Recombinant Protein

90-120 50 ug
EUR 884.4
Description: FTO (Fat mass-and obesity-associated gene) is the responsible gene for mouse ‘fused toes’ mutation. An association between FTO genotype and type 2 diabetes has been confirmed. The presence of the FTO rs9939609 A-allele was found to be positively correlated with other symptoms of the metabolic syndrome, including higher fasting insulin, glucose, triglycerides, and lower HDL-cholesterol.

FABP5 Recombinant Protein

91-120 0.05 mg
EUR 651.3
Description: Fatty acid-binding protein 5 (FABP5) is a cytoplasm protein that belongs to the fatty-acid binding protein (FABP) family of calycin superfamily. Fatty acid binding proteins are a family of small, highly conserved, cytoplasmic proteins that bind long-chain fatty acids. FABP5 can be expressed in keratinocytes, and is highly expressed in psoriatic skin. FABP5 has been shown to be involved in keratinocyte differentiation. FABP5 has high specificity for fatty acids, the highest affinity for C18 chain length. FABP5 can decrease the chain length or introduce double bonds to reduce the affinity.

CD86 Recombinant Protein

96-120 0.1 mg
EUR 619.8
Description: Cluster of Differentiation 86 (CD86) is also known as B-lymphocyte activation antigen B7-2, is a type I membrane protein that is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily, and is constitutively expressed on interdigitating dendritic cells, Langerhans cells, peripheral blood dendritic cells, memory B cells, and germinal center B cells. Additionally, B72 is expressed at low levels on monocytes and can be upregulated through interferon γ. CD86 is the ligand for two different proteins on the T cell surface: CD28 (for autoregulation and intercellular association) and CTLA-4 (for attenuation of regulation and cellular disassociation). CD86 works in tandem with CD80 to prime T cells. Recent study has revealed that B7-2 promotes the generation of a mature APC repertoire and promotes APC function and survival. Furthermore, the B7 proteins are also involved in innate immune responses by activating NF-κB-signaling pathway in macrophages. CD86 thus is regarded as a promising candidate for immune therapy. CD86+ macrophages in Hodgkin lymphoma patients are an independent marker for potential nonresponse to firstline-therapy.

Human ACE2 Recombinant Protein

10-120 0.1 mg
EUR 953.7
Description: Human ACE2 Recombinant Protein

Gamma-Synuclein Recombinant Protein

92-120 0.05 mg
EUR 374.1
Description: Gamma-Synuclein (SNCG) is a member of the Synuclein protein family. Gamma-Synuclein is mostly expressed in the peripheral nervous system and retina. Gamma-Synuclein plays a role in neurofilament network integrity and may be involved in modulating axonal architecture during development and in the adult. In addition, it may also function in modulating the keratin network in skin. SNCG expression in breast tumors has been as a marker for tumor progression. SNCG is also believed to be involved in the pathogenesis of neurodegenerative diseases.

DR6 Extracellular Domain Recombinant Protein

95-120 0.05 mg
EUR 386.7
Description: Apoptosis plays a major role in normal organism development, tissue homeostasis, and removal of damaged cells. Disruption of this process has been implicated in a variety of diseases such as cancer (reviewed in 1). Apoptosis is induced by certain cytokines including TNF and Fas ligand of the TNF family through their death domain containing receptors, TNF-R1 and Fas. Several death receptors including DR3, DR4, DR5, and DR6 have been identified. Like TNF-R1, DR6 (also known as TNFRSF21) interacts with death domain containing adapter molecule TRADD. Overexpression of DR6 induces apoptosis and activates NF-B and JNK. DR6 is widely expressed in human tissues and cell lines (2). Recently, DR6 was found to interact with an amino-terminal fragment of the Beta-amyloid protein (APP) in neurons, activating a caspase 6-dependent apoptotic event leading to axonal degeneration and pruning (3).
